Add a listing "next step" failing

I have added over 10 test listings, on various test accounts, and all went well.

When i started having users come to the site, two have told me that when they click "next step" it just refreshes the page, and they need to start the listing all over again. I have tested adding a listing myself again, in 3 different browsers, and there is no issue for me.

What could the problem be that is causing it to fail?

Also, nothing in the site had changed, i haven't added any new plugins etc
