Create Listing --> Edit Listing Information "Next Step" Button MUST be clicked TWICE

On the customer view front end, when the user tries to create a listing under Create Listing --> Edit Listing Information "Next Step" Button MUST be clicked TWICE before the next page will load. Customers likely would be reluctant to click twice even though no credit card information has not been entered, users have been trained by society to not click twice as this can result in a double charge.

This may be a bug just on my install. I am sure this is something simple but seems sloppy.

Anyone else experience this error?
