Bad Grammar - Check if you are accept the terms of service

When the "accept terms" field is activated under the display options of the profile fields heading. Immediately under the check box that then appears on the website, the following associated text is shown
"Check if you are accept the terms of service". I wish to change this to "Check if you accept the terms of service". There should be no "are" in that statement as that is bad grammar. How can I fix this?
