    Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

    hi,
    I'm not a lawyer, neither have I employed one, but I need to make sure that I protect myself against lawsuits from users for my job board.

    1. How have you created your Terms of Service & Privacy Policy?
    2. Is it ok to copy some other businesses Terms of Service & Privacy Policy? I see several businesses which have done this, but it seems to be a copy infringement right?
    3. There are websites which generate automatic Terms of Service & Privacy Policy agreements, but how do you address specific business related issues?
