Authorize.net Gateway Configuration Error

We're using the ClassiPress child theme Classy and the Authorize.net plugin. However, we can't get the plugin to work. The authentication is used elsewhere and is working. Can you help figure out why we are getting this message when we try to complete a payment? We get the following message
Pay with Authorize.Net
Gateway Configuration Error: User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values.
I switched the theme to ClassiPress without a child theme and it still didn't work.
