After payment status still in pending mode

Hi

I have recently come across a ccbill problem, not sure if ccbill have changed something on there end. Basically when a customer completes a payment they are sent confirmation that the payment was good, however if I log into wp admin and go to orders the order status is still showing as pending.

If I manually set it to complete then maybe two hours later the order changes back to pending/complete then I have to activate it again.

This does not happen all the time but for the majority of the orders this is how it works.
