Thread: Payment status: undecided / pending ?

Payment status: undecided / pending ?

I have an order placed today that has a status under payment of undercided/pending. See the attachment.

Can you clarify what this means? Has this person made a payment but it's an echeck or some wierd payment through PayPal that can take days? Do they know that it is going to take a while or do they think it's a bug with my site?

I see the titles of other threads in your forum that would probably answer my questions but when I click I don't have the privileges to view (because I'm a vantage customer and the thread is in classipress for example). Maybe you should allow customers access to all forums or hide the threads that are impossible for us to read.

I was just thinking - the alternative is that they may have attempted to claim the listing but left before paying? Please let me know, I'm just starting the site and would like to understand how this all works.
