I am in process of setting up my site and I feel strong need for checkbox element primarily in Auto, real estate and jobs categories.

Is this on to-do list? If so, when will it be available?

Please yes. Custom fields sorely need the following:

- check box(es)
- radio buttons
- multiselect

Agree! Especially multi-select to be an additional option to our drop-down and text-box choices.

I can definitely make good use of a multi-select pre-set menu of custom field values.

Working in this Plugin for ClassiPress Advanced Search functionality and planning to give a Beta version to some testers (interested people please drop me a line)... for the final version we must have checkboxes and radius (very graphically) included.

Rebencio, wow. That looks very impressive! Will you also be supporting country, state/province, city searching with chained fields or autocompleting?

It's supporting EVERY "Custom Field" you can add in order to prepare your "Form Layouts"... Now I'm testing it myself but it needs some changes.

I think the best result will be something like this but it takes time to be finished...

Currently, I have tones of drop down with Yes/No value, which looks bad and makes my page look very long. People don't like to fill long form. Eg. I have form with 40+ feature for an apartment classified with 40+ dropdown. A multi-select or grouped checkbox if perfect for this.

I have spent time and created drop down options because I can't wait until developers think its a good idea. If or when they decide to come out with new custom fields, I will have to redo all the forms. Later they release this feature more it will cost time to design forms.

BUT, this is an awesome product, no complain there. I am hoping to setup the site and go live by next month.

The intention is to give the ClassiPress based site administrator the possibility to choose the "Custom Fields" must be included in the widget and how (I mean dropdown, text field or whatever)... so if you want to keep your Advanced Search ClassiPress Plugin front-end "clean or full" it's up to you.

Rubencio, what is the ETA for Advance Search ClassiPress Plug-in? I would definatly buy it.
