Add customfield to title

I own a bicycle classifieds page and I would like to have some custom fields to be shown as title in certain categories. Like this...

I have fields:
1) Title
2) Make
3) Model
4) Year
5) ...

In certain categories which are for bicycles I would like to replace "Title" with "Make Model Year" as title (combination of three custom fields) and in certain categories which are for spare parts and other stuff I woul like to use the "Title" as title.

Is there some way to achieve this?
