adding Dates And Times fields

Hi all.
can anybody tell me what would be the best way to add Dates And Times files (as in VANTAGE template "Event " post type?

where you create event in VANTAGE you can chose the event date.


lets say that in ClassiPress i want to add an ending date for a sell or a group buying.

what will be the best way to to that and also is it possible to do that with calendar instead of text box where user need to manually enter date.

(i need date + time)
