Apartment rental & booking website using classipress

Hey guys,

I'm looking for advice on the following.
I need to create a apartment rental & booking website where the user can search the listings and book specific dates if it's available and then proceed to paying the full amount via paypal up-front.

What would be the easiest way to create this website using ClassiPress?



Here's how the visitors will use the website:
They will browse the website's apartment listings and if they're interested in a particular apartment after they saw its pictures, location etc, they will be able to book it by picking the dates they wish to stay, enter their contact info and pay the full amount up-front via PayPal(the amount to be paid by the client will be calculated by the amount of days they've chosen to book the apartment).

Afterwards, they will receive a thank you email with the dates they have booked the apartment for and their contact info(we will require them to bring ID to get the keys for the apartment).
An email will also be sent to the site admin, with the user's info and the dates he's staying.
To the apartment owner, an email will be sent only stating that a PERSON(no contact info will be provided whatsoever) has booked apartment X and the dates that it has been booked for.


Here's how the apartment owner will use the website:
The apartment owner needs to be able to log in in order to create, edit, and delete his own listings.
Also, when viewing / editing his listings, he needs to be able to see a booking calendar for that particular listing and be able to edit the booking calendar for the listing if required.


Here's how the admin will use the website:
The admin will be able to log in with his admin account and do the following:
- edit, create and remove listings
- edit, create and remove users
