Category Image Mod

I have implemented the Category Image Modification as shown in this thread: http://appthemes.com/forum/showthrea...arent-Gategory . I have noticed one problem, everything seems to work real nice as each category has a nice little canadian flag icon. Though when I scroll over the Categories tab within the main menu which is next to the home button the canadian flag icon is appearing over the first 3-4 letters of each category. Is there anything I can insert into the css that would only allow it to show beside the categories within the homepage and not when your on the categories tab within the menu?
