    Child Theme css color issue with Internet Explorer

    Im on CP 3.3, and i am using the Phoenix child theme, but i changed some colors a few months ago and the changes show up in every browser(and look awesome!) but the changes dont show up in Internet Explorer. I changed featured listing colors to blue but they stayed orange in IE. i thought it would just take time, but its been months and ive tried it on many computers in multiple locations. Any ideas????
