Creating new page in CP?

Hi there -
I applied for Goggle Adsense but got this reply:


"We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

Issues:

- Domain Ownership not evident

Domain ownership: To complete our review, we need to confirm your
ownership of the site that you've submitted. Please follow the steps
below:
- Access the source code of your website.
- Create a separate page on the site and paste "This post confirms my
ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense
programme policies and Terms and Conditions."
- Resubmit the application as described below after replacing the
current URL in the 'Website URL' field with the URL of the page where
you have pasted the snippet."

Now the things is - i have no idea what to do.
I mean i know i have to create that extra page - but how should i go about doing it - in relating to my CP site (PostingBlue.com).
I'm using a small business version.
