    Custom Banner- Its on the tip of my tounge how to code this ughs

    I can't seem to get the code right for this custom background for the header banner...maybe im putting it in the wrong place??

    here is the background image i want for the header...then my logo will apear on top of it:

    Its like the code is on the tip of my tounge and i cant spit it out.. Ive looked at the other theads about this same subject..but i guess it doenst click.. Any help would be apprecited..
