Custom fields : "Forcing" the display of just one country and one city

Hello,

First of all, congratulations to the team behind AppThemes Classipress. Great product.

I have a question regarding the "custom fields" section of the theme. I don't believe it has been answered in previous posts.

My classifieds website being country and city specific, I am wondering if it's possible to assign both country and city automatically, so that the user doesn't have to click and select any country or city item from the drop-down form.
