Customize emails sent to posters

Hi,

I have two questions:

I have selected the check-box send an email when ad is approved, but the poster does not get an email. The poster does get the email that the post is waiting for approval. But nothing happens when I approve the ad. How can I fix this ?

I would like to customize the emails being sent to the posters. Especially to the ones having their ads approved. I want to include links in the emails where they can easily share their ad on Facebook, Twitter or Google+
