Intercepting emails from posters - legality

    Hi everyone,

A good point was raised by a poster regarding intercepting emails when clients contact each other through ads contact form.

By intercepting, I mean either firstly receiving the email to the admins, then admins passing it on to the client, and second scenario, the admin getting a copy of the emails sent to the clients.

Ive did a quick research of the issue and see it is illegal, intercepting and reading other peoples emails.

If this is written in the terms & conditions of the website that, any contacts will have to go through the admin or that the admins will receive a copy of the email, can this legal issue be resolved?
