    iPhone ads on my website

    A lot of users that register on my site, fleabay.net, list ads for lots of Apple products such as iPhones, iPads, and iPods. I am very skeptical about approving ads like these. This is the reason I have my site setup with the approval method active. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on this. Does anyone else have this issue and if so, what do you do? I am pretty sure a selling these legitimately, would not work like this.
