    Customize the user's dashboard

    I would like to completely customize the user dashboard experience to be as minimal as posible. How can I customize what is shown there? For example, I'm using multisite with multiple themes, and I would like to add links bringing the users to the other parts of the website. I'd also like to delete the "Pages" box.
