Form Fields: If Selected, A new Dropdown will Appear

Please help. I cant find the solution or discussion from the forum.

Especially when the customer select a specific country, then a new Dropdown Menu will appear. For Example.. List of States


Country: USA, Canada, Australia
if the customer select USA,

then a Dropdown (List of States) menu for USA will appear.
