Free Vs. Paid Ad Packs.. any extra benefit?

I am planning to set up Ad Packs as follows:

30 Days FREE
120 Days $X
240 Days $Y

Relisting Ad option is enabled on my site meaning, upon expiry, users can relist their Ad.

Now this is my question: How do I convince my users that the Paid Ad Packs are better than the FREE Pack? Apart from the longer duration, I don't see any other added benefit (am I missing something?), and infact, my relisting it sooner (after 30 Days for FREE Ad), it seems that its beneficial to keep using the FREE Ad Pack since reposted Ads appear on top of the list.. there is a major flow in this business idea.. Can anyone comment on this?

Also, is there any other smart way to set this up that would make more sense to go for the PAID Ad packs..
