How can i add additional fields to the form

I would like to add additional fields on step 2 of the classipress v3.3.1 form. I was looking at adding the array to the admin-settings.php file so that I can make my selection in the classipress admin panel. I also added the if code to the step2.php file but it is not showing up on the form. Am I doing something wrong?

Can someone advise how this can be done.
