How can I change the search form on the start page

Hi everbody:

I have a classipress-website with several ads, On the start page there is a form with which you can search for ads.
Now i wanna change this form: i wanna give it another place on the start place and extend it with a postal code field
and a circe search field. How can i change the place of appearance of this form (for example to not longer show it at the bottom
anymore but on the middle right side of the start page) and how can i add the two fields?
