    How to change the featured thumbnail image of the ad

    Hi, is it possible and if yes, how can the admin or the author of the ad , change the featured (main) image thumbnail of the ad.
    Is there a plugin available where the author/poster can choose the thumbnail to be displayed ?
    If it requires editing code of some files, pls point me to the files that I need to look into.
