How to fix problem during post an ad in classipress 3.2.1

Dear Sir, I recently upload classipress 3.2.1. Every thing is fine but i face one problem during post new ad.

1) Click on "post an ad" button (perfect working)
2) Select a category (perfect working)
3) Select a sub-category (if any) (perfect working)
4) Click on "Go" Button (perfect working)

Problem is now

5) After filling up form i can not see "browser" Button for uploading picture but there is "add Image" Button.
Now when i used "add Image" Button for uploading picture and came back to dashboard for publishing it, I saw, there is no any image attached with that ad, I published the ad and again visit on main page and did not find image apart from that every thing was fine.

"I found solution " but it's wasting my time.

Now every time for every ad i have to click on "browser uploader" Button to up load image. as per your instruction below;

"You are using the flash uploader. Problems? Try the browser uploader instead."

Now The problem is that I am wasting time during upload every ad because every time i click on "browser uploader" and going back to start page.


Kindly let me know the solution so i can save my time.
