    How to fix URL structure ex: remove

    I have an issue url not taking as expected it is adding 'ad-category' there is no page called ad-category- how do i remove from the url

    http://www.xyzcom/ad-category/artists/ should be = http://www.xyzcom/artists/


    http://xyz.com/civil/architect/vasudha-bhat-2/
    http://xyz.com/civil/architect/
    http://xyz.com/civil/

    Please give suggestion
