Changing permalink structure in Clipper - remove Coupon Store Base URL

Hi!

I am trying to remove the "Coupon Store Base URL" to change the url:s from

mywebsite/store/store-name to: mywebsite/store-name (to get more SEO power)

I have tried doing this by changing the permalinks in the wp settings from: /%category%/%postname%/ to: /%postname%/ but that does not seem to affect the Coupon Store Base URL.

I would also need to figure out how to ad 301 permanent redirects to all the url:s before changing them. This plugin seems to do that: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...for-wordpress/
