    How to make profile pics bigger?

    Hi all

    Can anybody tell me how I can make it possible for ad posters to upload a bigger profile picture. I do not mean kilobytes/megabytes. What I mean is size in pixels ... widht and height.

    Please see the attached screenshoot i have made. I hope this will explain what I mean.
