    how to make 'United Kingdom' the default selection in Ad-Listing form?

    Hi, on the Ad-lising page (step1) I would like to make the <option>United Kingdom</option> within the 'country' drop down box the default selection, so it is pre-selected. I know I can do this by adding the selected="selected" attribute to the element, but I cant find which file this is stored in? Any clues?
