    I'm a paying customer - why are my questions being ignored? I have asked 4 times

    Hi there, why my questions and posts not being replied to? I'm a paying customer... I have about 4 questions that havnt been answered in over 48hrs. I have the questions below all wrap up in one email. I hope I can find the answeres.

    1) Problem has come again. can't afford to reinstall wordpress again.

    2) do I have the control to exclude fields being visible to public eye?

    3) [MOD NEEDED] custom form, do I have the control to exclude fields being visible to public eye?

    4) 3rd attempt ive asked in over 24hours and still no reply, maybe this area can me
