'List Similar' option or build an advert template

Hi all

Does anyone know of a way to add a 'list similar' option? It would be really helpful for my users if they could effectively duplicate an advert and change a couple of details as it's a late deals advertising site. Either that or allow users to build a template with the basic details in that they can then use to tweak and list.

At the moment the only advice I can give to people is to 'not delete old ads' so they can relist them with tweaks, but that seems an amateurish way of solving the problem.
