Membership plan for contacting the poster / getting some private fields

Hi,

First let me explain what I want to do

I want to make a site in french for private lessons with my classipress.
I would like to create several membership plans, one for teachers/professors and the other of "customers/viewers".

Concerning the teachers, they must be able to feature their ads.
I think it can be done easily with classipress, so it's not really a problem.

Concerning the customers/users it's more problematic. They must be able to contact the owner of the ads and/or to view some private details. Some fields like the phone / the email would be hidden/private and not available without a "customer" membership plan.

I can hide these fields with the acf-privacy module. I think it can make the deal and the hidden fields would be revealed if you got a customer membership plan. https://marketplace.appthemes.com/plugins/acf-privacy/

So now here is my question

Is it possible to create a membership plan that is empty without any specific action/privilege for 0$ (no feature ads, no posting ads privilege, etc).

The idea is just to get a membership plan id for the acf-privacy module. Is it possible to do this ?

If that's not the case, any idea how to do what I want ?
