    Modify users dashboard

    Hello,
    I would like to modify what users can see when they enter their dashboard.
    The only thing I want to appear is the "Welcome, user [My Dashboard | Log out]" line.

    I want to completely hide the top line (the one with the WP logo, the domain dashboard, the comments, the + New and the Howdy, user and all of the related links).

    Is there some way I can do this?
