Users can only modify images in their ads

Hello,

I have setup a Classipress website for a client of mine (Classipress 3.1.6 on Wordpress 3.3.1)

The site works well, but after the users have submitted an ad, they can only change the images.
The only thing that shows up in the "Manage your ad" screen are the file selection fields to choose images, nothing else. No description, no price, nothing...

All the users have the Contributor role, and the "Allow users to edit their ads" is checked in the admin.
Did I miss something?

I can provide an access for testing if needed.
