    multiple currency symbol option in 3.1.8

    Hi,
    can anybody tell me if there is a way to put the multiple currency symbol option in 3.1.8? i know its in 3.1.9 but i have done some modifications and dont want to upgrade, to be honest i cant remenber how i done most of the mods. also i only want € and £ to be an option.
