Need Drop Down for Options

I am trying to put an options drop down using the same appearance as the category drop down. I want to create a class which allows me to move the options (dashboard, edit-ad, etc) to a drop down so I can use the sidebar for other things. Any ideas on how to accomplish this? I want to pull only pages I designate.
