Need help with a Couple of minor Edits

Quick question... On the home page you have something that says "Ad Categories" on the home page... I only hav 1 category and would like that removed... usually I would just go to the main index page but it doesnt look like you use that... where can I take that off?

Also, during the Post an Ad process it asks for a category and a drop down box for that... anyway to remove that too?

Lastly, does the system automatically assumes the United states for country... as my site is for another country... do I need the country drop down box too for the Post an Ad process.
