Problem Create Listing in Other Sites When Using Multisite.

Hi.
I have a multisite with Classipress.
For exemple:
I create a user "UserOne" in "SiteOne".
I can login with "UserOne" in "SiteTwo". I can see since when I´m user of the site, my last login, ecc, but I can´t create a listing in "SiteTwo". I receive a message that I don´t have permission.
If I try to create a listing with "UserOne" in SiteOne, I can create listing.
My question: Can´t I create listing in all the sites?
