    Refine Search in "All Categories"

    I have arranged that every single one of my Categories has a refine search on the right hand side will is great and it looks brilliant.

    However, I cannot get a Refine search in (All Categories) A lot of people are lazy and will not choose a category so that when results are displayed.....they have no refinement?

    Please can some help me to input a refine results widget on my ALL CATEGORY listings!
