    Register does not work good

    Hi,
    I have wordpress 3.9 and classipress-3.3.3 ,
    My visitor unable to register:
    http://www.ciaadv.info/ar/?page_id=13

    1.visitor visit site correctly.
    2.vistor fill registratiion form .
    but when user click Create account ... no thing happen just reload page and clear fileds , I check All memebers panel no add, and I allow memeber ship on dashboard !!!!!!!!!!
    I need help ... plea
