Security Problem

I have a problem with a few people on my site. Whats happening is they are logging in and writing to alot of my customers but when they fill out the contact form, they use a different name and different email than what they are registered on my site as.
So my question is how can i track down what account is doing this? I have a IP logger but its not working so well and i cant seem to catch them.
