Selective Advertising for certain sections.
Hello there, I'm looking to have selective pricing for certain sections of my site. A few of the categories that I have for my site are textbooks and furniture and housing. The site is designed for students to use and to post things. However, I would like to charge landlords a small fee to post their local houses for rent because many already pay a finders fee to students moving out. How can I display (once a user has selected the housing category under posting an ad) a small blurb about why we are charging for the listing? Here is my site for reference:
