Show custom fields in post block. How do I do this?

Hey,
When viewing listed ads in classipress you have a small picture on the left, datestamp and user info just below, and a description or part of a description on the bottom. To the right of the picture there is nothing. I would like to have some custom fields show there to give the visitor more information before they click the listing. Look at the picture below for example. In order to post an ad on my page you need to fill out some required info about your rental apt. Number of bedrooms, if it is furnished, how many bathrooms, and other amenities.
Can I predetermine some of my required custom fields to show up in the post block, next to the picture?

If not, can I move the entire text area to be next to the picture instead of diagonally below it?
