    Stop listings in categorys

    I am still trialling my classipress site, and came across a problem, that I dont like and need to sort out.
    Basically for some reason you can list an ad in the main category, example, if you have the main category Cars, and all it has are sub category's, audi, alfa etc, you can list an ad under Cars, and not in a sub category, why is this?
    Is is possible to stop ads being posted in a main category if you only have sub category's under it?
