    Take out mandatory requirements in form layout

    Hello,
    I wish to make the Descriptions field, which i changed to comment, undmandatory. For my site people don't need to do so, and because its mandatory end up writting anything just to get over it. Anyways I was given this advice:

    "Try checking the step-functions.php line 39 and change the "minlength=" parameter value to zero as it currently set to 2."

    But it didn't work...any sugestions? I would greatly appreciate this.
