Is there a way to link an ad from homepage to my other page?

Is there a way to link an ad from homepage to my other page? and this other page will not show up in menu bar, which means when it is on the homepage, it is an ad in the sidebar. People can click on it and it will take people to a different page. This page will not show up in menu bar. I would like to hide it in menu bar but use an ad to link.
Is it possible?
