    Unauthorized PayPal charge?

    I just received a complaint from PayPal from a customer who placed an ad ($5) on my ClassiPress site. They're insinuating that the charge was made without their consent or knowledge. Kind of hard to be true when they posted the ad and the $5 was to make it featured. So, I am in the process of dealing with Paypal and the charge back but I'm trying to find out if there's any possible way that ClassiPress could have somehow auto-charged her if she perhaps had a previous free ad (I know, it's out there)....
