Url for ads and article

Hello
i want to change the URL for Ads and Blog Article.

For ads I set For Listing Base URL putting only the / character and I get www.mydomain.com/name-of-ads, but I would add the html extension and the name of the category of the ad, thus becoming http://www.mydomain.com/category-ads...me-of-ads.html

For blog articles entries no problem if I can't remove, even by changing the URL of each article, the path /blog/
Now I have http://www.mydomain.com/blog/categor...f-article.html but i want to modify this www.mydomain.com/category/name-of-article.html

How can I get around this?
