Send mail on every reported coupon, even if more than once

Hi there,

every time a coupon is reported I get an email saying:
"You will not receive further notification for this coupon until it has been archived or deleted. However all future reports will be logged and can be viewed on each coupon admin page."

However, I want to receive mails if the same coupon is reported again. How can I deactivate this setting that is sending mails only once for one coupon? I really did not find it in the code...
